BINDER vacuum drying ovens allow effective drying without residue or damage to the material that is being dried. The vacuum drying chambers address the strict requirements of industrial and scientific laboratories. Sample materials for both flammable and non-flammable solvents can be dried in the chambers depending on the individual use. The BINDER VD/VDL series have chambers with a unique safety design that ensures the bar is met in terms of quality and safety for these products.
Both the VD and VDL series have automatic drying detection thanks to the program control. The second pressure drop that usually takes place at the end of drying is detected and the interior is automatically ventilated.
The series have tested safety due to the shatterproof, spring-mounted safety glass panel, an inert gas connection for interior flushing as well as electronic components decoupled from the interior.
Optimum heat transfer occurs in both the VD and VDL series as the expansion racks provide flexible placement for precise temperature control.
The VDL Series has the ATEX-compliant unit concept with a pressure control device for heating activation at a vacuum of < 100 mbar. It conforms to ATEX category EX II 2/3/ - G IIB T3 Gb/Gc/ - X.
The VD series of vacuum drying chambers delver impressive performance with their accurate temperature control and gentle drying. The expansion rack technology ensures optimal heat transfer and shelves have flexible placement and are easy to dry in the interior of the chamber.
