Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

The contents of labunlimited.co.uk, including these terms and conditions, are subject to change by us at any time without notification. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use the website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Carl Stuart UK Limited grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website and not to download or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of Carl Stuart UK Limited. This license does not include any derivative use of this website or its contents or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

You may not frame or utilise framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Carl Stuart UK Limited and / or its affiliates without the express written consent of Carl Stuart UK Limited.

The pictures and images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The pictures are meant to be representations of the goods, therefore may not perfectly or accurately depict the assigned object. Fully read the product description, extended description and additional information to understand the specifications of the part being viewed. All the information concerning the products is subject to change.

Carl Stuart UK Limited will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of information, content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and Carl Stuart UK Limited accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken in reliance on material or information contained on the website.

Carl Stuart UK Limited shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this website or the performance of the products, even if Carl Stuart UK Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We warrant only that the products delivered shall conform substantially to the description of such products as provided on the website. 11. Prices

11.1 Price:

All prices displayed on labunlimited.co.uk are exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated automatically at checkout. See section 1 of the Carl Stuart UK Limited Terms and Conditions of Sale for further information.

It is the policy of labunlimited.co.uk that some products will not display a price and will be accompanied by the term POA (Price on Application). Items displaying POA instead of the sell price do so for a number of reasons, not least because we anticipate some additional information is required in order to supply the most suitable options/configuration to each individual customer.

If you are interested in a particular POA item, please use the "Request a Quote" link next to that product. Upon furnishing us with contact information a Carl Stuart technical salesperson will contact you directly.

11.2 Price Validity:

At any point during the transaction process, the save basket functionality can be utilised. This feature allows you to bypass the payment process and save the basket and products for another session. Saved baskets can be reinstated within thirty (30) days of the original saved date.

12. VAT Charges

All prices displayed on labunlimited.co.uk are exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated automatically at checkout.

Customers from outside the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland must use the Euro site www.labunlimited.com.

13. Ordering on Account

On registering with labunlimited.co.uk, Carl Stuart UK Limited requires a period of time to process customer accounts. This process involves, but is not limited to, collating the registration information and authorising the relevant customer-specific discounts and complimentary services.

Customers with credit facilities can only register with company domain e-mail addresses.

If you do not currently have credit facilities but wish to apply for them, please fill in the Credit Account Application form.

If you proceed to payment and complete an order prior to this integration, the order will be charged with all general duties applied and without any customer-specific discounts.

14. Payment

When planning on making a payment with Credit Card, the address you enter in the registration process must match your credit card billing address.

Credit card details entered during transaction processes are not recorded directly on labunlimited.co.uk but rather are verified and validated by Carl Stuart UK Limited's designated payment service providers. See section 7 - Data Security above for more information.

PayPal is also accepted as a payment method. If PayPal is selected as the payment method during checkout you will be re-directed automatically to the PayPal web portal to authorise the payment. No payment information is held by Carl Stuart UK Limited other than the confirmation from the payment provider that payment has been received.

In all other ways PayPal payments are treated the same as Credit Card payments.

Approved customers can also order on Credit Account. See section 13 - Ordering on Account for more information.

Carl Stuart UK Limited shall automatically charge your account or credit card for all orders. In the event that you do not have an account or an account with a sufficient balance adequate to cover the order amount, you will be offered the option to pay for the order by credit / debit card / PayPal. If you only transact using an authorised credit card and it is rejected for any reason, your order will not be processed, and you will be notified.

15. Product Delivery

All orders are shipped in one complete consignment. If a part shipped is desired, please contact a member of the Customer Support team at onlinestore@labunlimited.co.uk who can check if this is possible. NOTE: Additional delivery charges will apply for each separate consignment.

Carl Stuart UK Limited displays an inventory level for in-stock items, and a lead time for items not in stock. Please note that these are best representations and are updated daily. However, discrepancies can arise and Carl Stuart UK Limited cannot guarantee the availability of any product.

Upon receipt of an order, Carl Stuart UK Limited will promptly notify you by email of your order status, including an estimated shipment date for all items. Updates will also be sent by email if there are any changes to your order delivery due date.

16. Promotions and Discounts

Please read these promotional rules carefully. Carl Stuart UK Limited reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

To be eligible for promotional or discounted offers on-line, you must simply be a registered user of labunlimted.co.uk. Register with labunlimited.co.uk now. Or use the Guest Checkout option.
All individuals must be aged 18 years or over.
Users' can only register ONCE.
Any registrations deemed not to be legitimate or those of competitors will be removed and are not eligible to participate in any promotional offerings.
Registrations created with disposable e-mail addresses will be deemed invalid and deactivated.
Promotional offers are run for a limited time only. Promotional periods are set by Carl Stuart UK Limited and may be changed at any time without notification.
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offered by Carl Stuart UK Limited.

These terms apply to voucher codes and promo codes offered by Carl Stuart UK Limited.

Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders
Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit
Promo codes can only be redeemed online
To claim your promotion, visit the Basket Page once you have added your item(s) to your cart, then type the offer code XXXX in the promotional box
To apply a promo code, you must enter it prior to completing the order
Promo code values or discounts apply only to the product price and does not apply to shipping, VAT, taxes or fees
Some promo codes have a minimum order value threshold. This threshold is a POST-discount (if any), PRE-VAT value
Only one promo code can be applied to a basket at a time. If a 2nd promo code is added, it will supersede the one previously entered
Certain products are excluded from promo codes. See the specific details of the promo code for details of exclusions
Promo codes cannot be used on quotations where special pricing has been given
If a promo code is a once-off code, it cannot be used again
Promo codes may not be used again if your order is cancelled by you or Carl Stuart UK Limited or refunded

Even if a promo code is accepted at check out, all orders are reviewed by the Carl Stuart Customer Support team prior to fulfilment. If orders are deemed in violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, they will be adjusted/cancelled accordingly
In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the promotion code will be deemed to be spread between the goods proportionately, unless the discount is associated with a specific product, brand or minimum spend. Carl Stuart UK Limited reserves the right, without further notice, to modify the terms and conditions for use of promo codes, or to suspend or cancel the promo code program in whole or in part

These terms and conditions, including the documents or other sources referred to in these terms and conditions, supersede all prior representations understandings and agreements between you and Carl Stuart UK Limited, relating to the use of this website, and set forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and Carl Stuart UK Limited for your use of this website.
