FACSCOPE® B is an automated cell counting system based on a bright field microscopy technique and is used to count mammalian cells. With the advanced cell detection algorithm of FACSCOPE® B, irregular and aggregated cells as well as living and dead cells can be clearly identified. The autofocus finds the different focal planes and automatically selects the best and clearest focal plane.
