Agarose LE (Low Electroendosmosis) is created specifically for the separation of nucleic acids and is optimal cloning. Agarose LE is a Molecular Biology Grade product that can form an inert matrix used in gel electrophoresis, chromatography and various molecular biology and biochemistry procedures.

The Agarose for Gel Electrophoresis is easily derivatizable which makes it effortless to bind to structure proteins like enzymes, antigens and antibodies. Having low EEO in the agarose allows increased electrophoretic mobility, yielding improved resolution, short running times and allows the migration of particles more freely.

Application:

Agarose LE can be used for multiple applications such as:

• Analysing PCR products
• Protein Electrophoresis in denaturing gels
• Examining restricted endonucleases

Storage:

The Agarose for Gel Electrophoresis is shipped at room temperature and needs to be stored at room temperature also. So long as it is stored at room temperature in a dry place, it can be used up until the expiration date on the label.
