Wide Range of Vessels:

The one batch reactor can allow for multiple vessel use. The technology in the Orb can allow a range of vessels from 100 mL to 10 L to be utilised on the one system. The single jacket or vacuum jacketed reactors in torispherical or round bottom profiles can be used on the system. Torispherical reactors are the ideal choice for scaling up studies in the lab.

Quick Vessel Change:

A unique vessel clamp, oil drain system and quick connections allow vessels to be interchanged within minutes to provide maximum flexibility. The stirrer motor can be lifted out of the way to allow access to the vessels. Unlock the clamp and the lid and reactor can be removed. The oil drain function can remove oil without any fuss or spillages.

Simple Stirrer Lift:

The motor lift allows the stirrer motor to be rotated out of the way to give full access to the lid and ports. The stirrer motor can be relocated without the need for further alignment.
