Tumbling-Mini Twist and Mini Mixer
The Mini Twist and Mini Mixer are small mixers that combine the motions of an orbital shaker and a rocker to produce a three dimensional action. This action provides thorough yet gentle mixing without foaming. The pitch and speed of the Mini Twister are fixed. A dimpled mat on the platform surface holds tubes firmly in place. The mat will hold as many as 60 x 1.5ml tubes, 30 paediatric blood tubes (3ml), 21 standard blood tubes (7ml), 17 x 15ml tubes or 9 x 50ml tubes.
The Mini Mixer has a pitch and speed that produces the perfect motion for processing western blots and staining gels.
The tilt angle is large.
Both shakers may be used in temperature controlled environments.
